This page explains which details will be shown before sales begin. Specific terms, territories, times and costs will be confirmed for each item before any payment.
Products and prices
Each product page will show verified dimensions, colours, features, availability and euro price. Custom products require confirmation of sizes and specifications before an order is accepted.
Delivery and installation
Delivery countries, transport costs, lead times and any installation price will be shown before an order is finalised. Destinations and shipping rates are not yet confirmed.
Payment
There is no active payment gateway. Mersina will not request payment through this site until the total price and terms are visible before confirmation.
Withdrawal and returns
EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases, subject to legal conditions and exceptions. Custom-made goods may be exempt. Return instructions, address and costs will be specified before orders are accepted.
Warranties and issues
Consumer rights and applicable warranties will be explained at each sale. Any commercial warranty will identify the product and its coverage. A support channel for issues is still to be confirmed.
